NSW:NSW coalition to launch official campaign

SYDNEY, Feb 20 AAP - The seat that has almost become the epicentre of NSW politics
in recent years, Penrith, will host the Liberal-National coalition's official campaign
launch on Sunday.

The area has waxed and waned politically between Labor and the Liberals in the federal
sphere, while the state Liberals won the seat of Penrith from Labor last June with a record
25.7 per cent swing at a by-election.

That victory has greatly emboldened the coalition, which is odds-on to take over the
Treasury benches on March 26.
