Qld: Seven injured in backpackers' accident
BRISBANE, Feb 27 AAP - Six British backpackers and a Sunshine Coast man were injuredin a head-on crash between a van and four wheel-drive near Eumundi, north of Brisbane,today.
One tourist, an 18-year-old male, was airlifted to Nambour Hospital and later flownto a Brisbane hospital for surgery to save his arm, Sunshine Coast Ambulance group coordinatorTim Eva said.
All other occupants were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening …
